A booking form with t&cs needs to be completed and signed by us both and I require a 25% deposit to secure your date.

I’m sorry I am not able to offer discounts as all weddings require the same time and skill to delivery a luxury service and quality images. 
Our photography services are custom for each wedding client and are built on your needs so if you are on a budget, we can work together to find a happy medium.

Yes, I love black and white! It is quite subjective so before editing begins we will have discussed if you'd like a selection of black and white images included in your gallery. 

I understand that some couples want to keep their wedding day private and request for images to not be shared online or used for portfolio. This is something we will discuss during our consultation and build you a proposal to reflect this important NDA request.

Yes, myself and my team all have our own indemnity and public liability insurances.

In these very unlikely circumstances, we will always help to work alongside you and your planner to secure a new date.

We shoot a mixture of digital and film, using Canon, Sony and Fuji. We always bring back up cameras, a wide range of prime and zoom lens, countless memory card and batteries.  All of our equipment is regularly serviced to ensure it’s in full working order.

Depending on your needs and vision for your wedding you will either be assigned one photographer, two or more! Having a second shooter is recommended if you'd like morning coverage with the groom, and/or weddings with 100+ guests or where the group shot list is particularly long. My second photographers will either be one of my associates or will be booked from my trusted list of second photographers that I always work with. 

Yes of course, I view these as an important historical document and something generations of your family will look back at and enjoy. I assist in planning your list of photos and help you take into consideration the time of year and light restrictions, as well as allowing up to 5 minutes (sometimes longer) to set up and take each shot. A good number is around 5 combinations, and no more than 10.

Ultimately you will have chosen me because you love and trust what I do, but I do recommend bringing to my attention any special people, planned moments or unique details that I might not know to anticipate.
I take a very detail focussed approach which ensures that you'll end up with more photos than you could ever need or want.

Every wedding day is different and so we work withour couples to build coverage around their wants and needs for their wedding day.

Usually, coverage ends around 30 minutes after first dance but some couples want to extend their coverage into the evening.

In the unlikely event that there are delays and your plans are running later than planned, we won't pack up and leave without giving you the option to decide if you'd like to extend your coverage.

If you choose to extend your coverage, we will simply invoice you after the day for the extra time, which is £300 for one photographer or £450 for two per hour.

Weddings - up to six weeks after the event
Celebrations - up to three weeks after the event
Family and Portraits - up to two weeks after the shoot

For weddings, it depends on length of coverage, number of guests, second photographers and additional events, but expect anything from 500-1200 high resolution files. 

For smaller events, 200+ images.

As a natural photographer, I want your images to look like you, so light retouching is included if necessary which may include blemish removal, slight under. eye touch up, teeth whitening and cropping. Any adjustments made are minimal as my preference is to delivery natural clean representation of you.

I do also offer outsourced professional retouching for more extensive requests which are quoted on an individual basis and would require your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

Yes! In a digital age, printed photographs are just so special and I offer beautiful printed products from including albums, wall art and prints.

The simple answer to this is no, and this is because  raw files are unedited photos that do not reflect the final product and work of a photographer. It would be like Picasso handing over a line drawing of a painting... 'RAW' is also a format that most people don’t have the software to support so you wouldn't be able to use or. view them anyway.
