Tania and Armen had the most magical wedding at Kew Gardens at the start of September – what a glorious day!

The couple opted for dual coverage so my morning began with Tania at her parents home while my assistant Steph started with the boys! Both mornings were relaxed and fun, especially for the boys who ended up in the pub before the ceremony too!

Tania’s family home is absolutely beautiful, the perfect space to get ready for a wedding. There was breakfast and lunch outside on the patio and a large space where everyone was having their hair and makeup done altogether.

When it was time to get into her exquisite dress, her mother and Tania sewed in a special lace butterfly which came from her Grandmother’s wedding dress.

Fast forward to the Church where it was decorated by an abundance of beautiful flowers by Mary Jane Vaughan, adding a romantic touch to what was already a spectacular church. Once everyone was seated, the Armenian church service began, which included many amazing traditions including the Rite of Crowning which we were able to capture perfectly from a balcony in the Church.

After the service the happy couple travelled in style to their venue and their guests were treated to a ride on Routemaster buses.

Being an interior designer, we knew that Tania’s attention to detail would be immaculate, and the Nash Conservatory looked wonderful! Champagne linens, escort cart tables, wishing trees and an audio guest book where guests recorded their message using a vintage telephone. The Orangery was equally as spectacular and the tablescape design, along with stunning flowers transformed this space. It was stunning!

Guests were entertained by a roaming band and after we explored the grounds of Kew for Tania and Armen’s couple portraits, everyone sat for a delicious dinner.

There were some magical moments, including some fantastic speeches, sparklers and Armenian dancing too! An absolutely fabulous wedding, that I am so grateful that my team and I were a part of.

Congratulations Tania & Armen!
