Nafiseh & Ross
Congratulations to Nafiseh and Ross on their beautifully personal and fun wedding day back on July!
My day photographing their wedding began at the Groom’s family home where the boys were getting ready. This is also where their Persian ceremony was setup ready for the day, with absolutely beautiful traditional pieces for the Sofreh Aghd that were carefully flown over all the way from Iran by family members.
A few doors down, the Bride was getting ready and we had a lovely calm morning getting ready with all the finishing touches, selecting hair pieces and emotional phone calls to family who gadlycouldn’t be there to celebrate with them both. The Father of the Bride was very happy to see his beautiful daughter; it was a very special moment.
Back at the house, guests were arriving and waiting for the arrival of the lovely bridal party. Their ceremony was conducted by the Bride’s Father and Brother; with both mother’s getting involved and the bride’s sister too. It was a very personal and intimate ceremony; Nafiseh and Ross had smiles on their faces throughout.
After the ceremony, the couple and their families enjoyed canapés and drinks in the garden, before guests made their way down to Soberton Village Town Hall where a beautiful wedding breakfast set up was waiting for them, as well as a Beer truck, table tennis, and corn hole entertainment.
The bride and groom stayed behind with me to take some beautiful natural couple photos in the gardens at Norouziville – we with spoilt with the weather too!
Once back at the Town Hall, the couple got to relax with their guests before being seated for dinner for a Persian style dinner, followed by some wonderful and funny speeches, and a fantastically rehearsed first dance by the bride and groom.
Congratulations Nafiseh and Ross – I am so grateful to have been part of your special day – thank you so much again 🙂 xxx
