Cathy & Rishi Wedding Preview
There are so many things that I can write about this impeccably beautiful coastal wedding at Pennsylvania Castle that I am hoping that my images will tell this story more beautifully than my words ever could.
This couple, their families, friends, venue and day has to be one of my favourite weddings of ALL TIME in my career as a Fine Art Wedding Photographer. I am a very detail focussed photographer and this wedding ticked all the boxes, not to mention the venue was right over the sea. We could have been in Ibiza, not in the UK. It was absolutely glorious and had a very fun, relaxed vibe. Everyone had an absolutely brilliant time – Congrats Cathy & Rishi on not just your marriage but for putting on one hell of a wedding for your family and friends! One to remember, that is for sure!
My morning started with Rishi and his Groomsmen in what can only be described as ‘James Bond’ style accomodation overlooking the sea. With Pokemon socks and a really lovely groomesmen colour palette of sage green, grey and peach.
Cathy and her girls were getting ready back in the main Castle in a very grand circular bridal suite complete with roll top bath. A super fun morning with these girls who all looked so lovely.
The ceremony set up was outside on the lawn, so guests had a gorgeous view of the castle to the left and the sea to the right. The tropical florals and guests were basked in sunshine through the ceremony and for the rest of the afternoon.
Reception drinks followed on the newly refurbished sun deck and terrace overlooking the sea. The outdoor cocktail bar complete with beaded chandelier oozed Ibiza vibes during this super relaxed part of their day.
After we had snuck of for some beautiful couple portraits around the grounds, Cathy and Rishi were loudly announced into their wedding breakfast room, complete with palm chandeliers and absolutely stunning table decor. The hot pink candles, mini gin bottles and tropical flowers brought this beautifully light and airy space to life.
After dinner and speeches we had cocktail hour and lawn games before the couple and their guests went to TOWN on their dance floor.
