Congratulations to Ayla and Cam on their beautiful wedding day at Chiswick House and Gardens. I was over the moon when they booked me to photograph their day because they are the most loveliest of couples and their plans for their day were so personal and sounded like a LOT of fun.

Ayla and Cam opted for two photographers, so my morning began at the Richmond Hill hotel for bridal preparations while my trusty assistant Steph went to the couple’s home to capture the boys getting ready.

Ayla got ready with her lovely bridesmaids and her mum. Her dress by designer Natalia Romanova, was absolutely stunning, with the most exquisite sleeves that could be taken off to change her look later on. Cam opted for the most incredible green double breasted suit blazer!

Flowers by Mary Jane Vaughan were wild, elegant and natural which complimented their looks perfectly. Ayla and Cam had a wonderful ceremony outside in the small courtyard next to the main house followed by a drinks reception in the glorious sunshine.

Once we snuck away for couple portraits, Ayla and Cam brought their personal vow books with them, because they wanted to read them to each other in private, instead of during the ceremony. It was the most beautiful and intimate moment I think I have ever photographed, and we were honoured that they allowed us to be present to capture this for them.

Once back with their guests, the couple entered into the marquee carrying wrestling belts and everyone cheered and cheered and cheered! The atmosphere was fantastic! After dinner everyone listened to many wonderful speeches from parents, friends and the coupe themselves before being treated to a ceilidh.
