Lizzie & Liam | Hampton Court Palace | Wedding Day Preview

Congratulations to Lizzie and Liam who got married at the Palace on a warm and sunny Friday in July. This was ‘just’ the legal bit, their big wedding is in Portugal at the end of September, and based on how brilliant this day was, I can only imagine their Portugal Wedding Day to be nothing short of spectacular!!

Their wedding photography coverage began in the grounds of Little Banqueting House, (part of Hampton Court Palace), to capture guests arriving and enjoying Rosé on the lawn outside. I met Lizzie on the path at the side of the canal where her Dad and Maid of Honour were also there to greet her. She looked incredible in a slinky number, with the perfect up do and bright floral bouquet.

Guests took their seats for their intimate ceremony and then the bridal party made their entrance. The ceremony was lovely, with a very amusing registrar and some brilliant readings from the couple’s siblings.

After the ceremony, Lizzie and Liam joined their guests on the lawn outside of Little Banqueting House for more Rosé and sparkling in the sunshine before guests made their way to The Mitre Hotel and we wandered around the Palace grounds, stopping to take beautiful couple portraits along the way. It was really important to Lizzie and Liam that they spent as much time with their friends and family as possible, and we did just that, squeezing some photos in and around their special day.

Once the couple joined their guests at The Mitre, everyone enjoyed canapés on the terrace and more drinks before taking to the river on boats to finish off what was a wonderful day!
