at kew gardens
a romantic proposal and a familiar surprise
Sinan's Father contacted me a month before the planned proposal date to start planning the afternoon and how photography would work around their lovely ideas. Sinan and Charlotte were going to travelling from the US to visit their families in the UK so we mapped out a couple of locations, (for weather contingencies) and planned this day to the nth degree. The week of the proposal, the families decided they wanted to also surprise Charlotte and after Sinan got down on one knee, they all appeared from behind the bushes with mini bottles of champagne! Sinan, Charlotte and I explored the grounds of Kew Gardens to document this special occassion before they returned to their families to celebrate at a pre-organised surprise dinner. Such a special day and one to remember!
